3 CAR GARAGE COULD BE UPGRADED TO 2 CAR GARAGE + 1 DEN DOWNSTAIRS,I THINK I WILL ASK BUILDER TO DO UPGRADE。
HALF BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS,I AM NOT SURE IF IT IS COSTY TO ADD A BATHTAB。
ONLY FEW LIGHT IN KITCH DOWNATAIRS。NO LIGHT IN THE UPSTAIRS ROOMS。I HIRED SOMEONE TO ADD ACCESS LIGHT ON MY CURRENT ROOMS UPSTAIRS, 90DOLLARS/LIGHT,人可以转到ATTIC TO 拉线FOR UPSTAIRS。 BUT IT WILL COST MORE TO ADD LIGHT IN THE ROOM DOWNSTAIRS。灯的问题我很关注,不想住到处插台灯的黑房子。请指导
地毯换地板想自己找人,选择多,价钱又低,BUILDER 目前喜欢把地板算成2万的UPGRADE 来当作降价,其实根本没那末贵。

如果两人都工作,还是多付点钱买房是UPGEADE,特别是有小孩的.有时时间和精力比钱还贵,不如多话点钱省力.
