You are the woman!

大家一起干活，有很多teamwork的事情要遵循。每个 team 可能有每个 team 的独特的交流方式。比如某些人总是很客客气气，有的比较开放，想说啥说啥。见过一些人总是把 Good job 挂在嘴边，即使活干得不怎么样。

我们组里如果有人干得好，别人就可能会说：You are the man! 然后他就会谦虚地说：No, No, you are the man!

前一段时间，组里加入了一个女同事。有一次她把一些乱七八糟的东西弄得很条理并做了两三个 slides. 讨论完后，我觉得很不错，她起坐离开时会议室的时候，我边伸大拇指边不过大脑地说：You are the ...可是边说边抬头发现她正用一种略带不满的眼光瞪着我。

想了0.6秒钟，我说：You are the woman! 她突然掩嘴大笑说： No, No, you are the woman!
