The Enemy Within, a History of Espionage, 作者是Terry Crowdy，出版社是Osprey Publishing, 2006年出版。

主要是第10页上，

里面提到关于宾拉登的情报，在911之前，西方情报部门已经注意宾拉登，并且几次准备对他下手，一次，就在行动之前，发现一架阿联酋飞机停在宾拉登住处附近，美国怀疑某阿联酋王子可能跟宾拉登在一起，如果王子在行动中被打死，可能影响美国与阿联酋关系，所以行动被取消了。1999年5月，宾拉登住处又一次被定位，CIA收到很多详细报告，称宾拉登在堪大哈，美国巡航导弹已经锁定了目标，但是高层这次犹豫了，因为就在同一月，美国刚刚误炸了中国在南斯拉夫的大使馆，美国害怕再错一次，所以行动再次被取消。

这页是前面一个注解所在，第9条。文字如下：

9.The following excerpt is from an official statement on the Chinese embassy attack by Bill Harlow, Director of Public Affairs, on 10 April, 2000:
One of the key findings of the inspector General’s investigation of this matter was that the CIA lacked formal procedures for preparing and forwarding target nomination packages to the U.S. military. We have taken several steps to address the systemic organizational problems that contributed to the accidental bombing of the Chinese Embassy. These stpes are classified and we cannot discuss them further.
     With regard to individual officers involved in the process that led to the bombing, the principal shortcoming the IG investigation identified was the fact that numerous CIA officers at all levels of responsibility failed to ensure that the intended bombing target--the Yugoslav Federal Directorate of Supply and Procurement heaquarters--had been properly identified and precisely located before CIA passed a target nomination package to the U.S. military for action.

p51，里面谈到忍者ninja的技术，和来源，有一种说法是来自中国，Lin Gui clan，英文的意思是“demons of the forests”，所以应该是“林鬼”，是商代（1700-1100BC)的杀手。
