South Korea Catches North Korean Spy

For the first time in years, South Korea has arrested a North Korean spy.

South Korea's National Intelligence Service arrested 48-year-old Jeong Kyung Hak who had been traveling on a forged Philippine ID.

This is not likely, IMHO, to affect the relations of the two Cold War enemies, and even it did, what would North Korea do?
