Helen Keller的话按说是个简单的真理，但是我们很多时候被教育成背离这个道理。

好像世界上有好有坏，放在这里，你可以决定自己拣选什么。

通常人们在遇见物质的东西时，都知道挑好的东西带回家，人人都是要鲜花，而不是把垃圾带回家。

但是在碰到心理和精神上的东西时，常常不由只有自主会选择保留坏的东西，哪怕是敌人最坏的东西，人们也被教育要记在心里，永远牢记不丢。这在耶稣或佛看来，应该归于傻子的行为吧。

这种教育，应该说是错误地使用了记忆的功能。

人们需要时间和努力去养成正确的习惯。
