3 bad plays might cost the game to USC: 1, why did they go for the 4th down when they could have taken a FG and a 10:0 comfortable lead? this was a terrible call by the coach. not only just that play, but also the signal the coach was sending to the players: we are #1, we can do some risky plays and still win the game. 2. with such a signal, bush did that crazy throw after an amazing rush. then the fumble that led to a FG by texas! a 13-0-at-least game was now 7:3! 3. not having enough warnings, leinart's aggressive pass was clearly read by texas' secondary! that INT was major and totally changed the momentum of the two sides, and EVEN THE LUCK! if USC ended up losing the game, the bad call from the coach at that 4th-down play would be the key! you can't blame those youngters, but the coach for not managing the players' pace!
