1杯奶油 1 cup butter, melt

1大匙水 1 tbsp. water
1又1/2杯椰丝 1&1/2 cups flaked coconut
做法 directions:
烤炉加热至350 华氏度 Pre-heat oven 350 F.
将奶油,糖和香草精搅拌在一起 Mix butter, sugar and vanilla.
放面粉和盐 Stir in flour and salt.

Shape dough around pecan half or walnut half to form a 1-inch ball.
用叉子将蛋清和水搅匀 Put egg white and water and beat it w/fork.
将面球浸入蛋清水碗内后滚入椰丝碟内 Dip balls into egg white mixture, then into coconut.
将椰丝奶油面球放甜饼平盘上 Place all balls on a cookie sheet.
350 华氏度烤14到15分钟 Bake @350 F for 14-15 minutes.
