一般的病毒性感冒会持续48小时左右，然后会逐渐好转。通常只能靠自身的抗体与病菌作战。如果出现发烧，则应按时服药降烧。如出现呕吐腹泻，则应暂停固体食物，而以透明的流质食物为主，如苹果汁，Pediasure,Pedialite等。如高烧持续4-5天不退，则有可能是细菌性感染即有炎症，应就医服抗生素消炎，炎症消了，烧也自然会退。[阅读全文]

六到八个月孩子会自己用手抓食物吃。我买的highchair可以安在厨房的大椅子上，可调节倾斜度，可随身携带，可六个月用到两三岁。Target,BabiesRus等都有卖。[阅读全文]

生完孩子后，有些母亲会出现乳头皲裂，一定要保持其滋润。商店有一种膏可抹在乳头上，对孩子吃奶也无影响。洗澡时勿在乳头附近使用香皂或浴液，清水冲洗即可。然后再抹膏。此现象会持续二到四周左右。这一时期母乳喂养会比较疼，咬牙坚持扛过去，山那边就是海（孩）了！[阅读全文]

宝宝四个月前。如果是母乳喂养，最好能每个三小时喂一次，因为母乳容易消化，而且时间隔得越长，奶就越少。母乳的生产量是以孩子的需求自行调节供应的。副食需四个月后再单一的加，即每次只能加一种蔬菜或婴儿麦片或水果，如有过敏现象才好查出是什么过敏。刚开始的两三周，每次只能喂一小勺，一天喂两三次。如此喂4天左右，再换另一种食物，以同样的方式喂。[阅读全文]

我生了三个，前两个用了麻醉，当时没疼，可过后也疼了两三天才恢复，而且两条腿好像不属于自己。生老三时，她来得太快，没用药，整个过程才要了一个半小时。当时疼，但是平稳缓慢地深呼吸帮了大忙，第二天就行动自如了。是否用麻药应以个人的承受能力为准。有些人怕疼，有些人能忍。用也没有长期副作用，对孩子没有影响，至少我的老大老二都很聪明活泼，健康[阅读全文]
