十多香蒜味咸猪肉

说起来奇怪，我们这嘎地儿很少卖五花肉的，即使偶然有，也是没脸没皮的，现在都找不到五花肉了。但他们喜欢出售梅头肉，瘦中带一点肥肉，想想也好，咱家不喜欢吃肥肉，所以无论是烤肉还是切得炒菜，基本都用梅头肉来代替，这不，刚买了一大块梅头肉，便改刀成四长条来腌咸猪肉，时间到后，煎熟切得，哇，香气扑鼻，充满了整个厨房。你说人生要什么，非要高大[阅读全文]
