1-擅自改条件和操作
小试的溶剂体积和加料顺序已经固定，放大的时候擅自增加或降低反应体系浓度，减少或增加溶剂的用量，或改变加料顺序。这些原因都会导致反应产率的巨大波动，甚至直接导致反应重复不出来。
2-原料批次和纯度不同
