老墨拼命进UC/CalState,白人却不喜欢UC？
CalState:老墨短短10年，从7万增到13万7，多近一倍！
刚才想把白人为啥不爱UC一文整理成英文，就继续找资料，终于找到CalState2004到2013年数据:http://www.calstate.edu/as/stat_reports/2013-2014/feth01.htm
老墨本科生从04年的（51465+19529=70，994），
增长到13年的：（105016+31838=136，854)，
多了六万六，几乎增长一倍。
