Found ED Chau和Sharon consifer NO for a good reason. They both got way less than 60% in 2012, i,e, swing district。
I spent whole night organizing，top 10 swing distrcits with above two in it。In ED's dsitrcti, Asian 53%。 And Sharon only won by 5500 votes， so has good chance losing this year. She is afraid her competiter Young Kim using SCA5 to win.

首先，我祝加州华人成功。 同时，从SCA５立法过程本身可看出中国美国宪法神圣与尊严的本质区别。
在这里，SCA５（加州第５宪法修正案）的通过需经州参议院众议院表决，最后还需全加州公民的投票表决（"签字"）。 在此期间，还给于利益相关各方及加州全体公民充分的时间（～２年）酝酿讨论以和平民主的方式（请愿集会游行示威）表达自己的意见。 如果真的最终通过，加洲华人还可请有名律师告上美国高法。这显示出美国这个国家对宪法的神圣与尊严多么的尊重和爱护。
再来看我们国家的宪法。她连一个国家主席都保护不了！ 中国宪法称"公民有言论自由"，却把写了几篇文章的刘晓波打入监狱。 ８０年代，为了使一个不是中央委员的邓小平连任军委主席，竟然粗暴修改宪法特地为其增加一个条款＂军委主席可以不是中央委员＂。 天大的笑话。 中国的宪法时时刻刻都在遭受着这个党这个政府的践踏，使其权威和尊严尽失。
我国的宪法就是一张废纸！
SCA5早在 Dec. 2012 就已提出。 这一年多的时间，加州华人都去干什么去了？ 为什么直到参议院通过后半个月才醒过味来？ 是不是整天都在催孩子参加补习班或SAT练习？ 是不是在参议院通过后半个月里都还沉浸在春节圆宵节的欢乐中？
这才真是＂只顾埋头读书，不顾抬头看路＂。 辛辛苦哭考了个SAT满分，却差点被人家一个SCA５摆平。
我们中国人，缺乏参政意识和能力，可谓＂政治残废＂。 究其根源，这全是因为我们多年生活在一个独裁制度下，我们的参政议政及其他公民权利全被共产党剥夺。 结果，到了新的国都，难于适应人家的民主制度，不能保卫自己的权利。 却有些华人一边民主抗议SCA5, 而又不遗余力地诋毁美国民主制度为中共独裁辩护.
