wastheblisterontheballofmyleftfoot.Iactedproactively
andpokeditlastSunday;-)Ofcourseoneweakapologywas
notenough.SoIrucked(53lbs)2.2milesonWedwhichleft
myglutesmediusinpain.Icouldfindmorebutthosewere
enoughformeandfornow.

At6:30,Igotupanddidsomeweightworkbeforeheading
outfortherun.I'verecoveredwellovertheweek,myPF
wasgoneandtheblisterundertheleftheelwashealing
