台北8月16日电／莫拉克台风肆虐，台湾气象局原本预估嘉义以北会有豪大雨，结果却是东南部及南部地区降下惊人豪雨，气象局被骂惨了。而有网友在9日的气象局的卫星云图上，发现“一个人拿着水桶对着台湾泼水”的图像，大呼真是太巧、太诡异了。
