先用温牛奶加糖，化开酵母，静止8分钟，让酵母发起来，然后再放入其它材料。面包机的dough档，我这个面包机搅拌30分钟，然后发酵1小时的。
接下来的顺序就和波子的一样了。
第二次发酵，我是把烤箱预热到50度后，关掉。然后里面放一盆温水，然后把整好形的面包放进去，这时候大概烤箱温度40度，估计20几分钟，就发酵成很大了。然后175度烤30分钟。[阅读全文]

只知道Downtown附近的，仅供参考。
AtwaterMarché是火车站改造的菜市场，本地食材为主，著名饭店的大厨都到这里赶早集，东西确实不错。对面就是一家厨具店。
地铁绿线GuyConcordia地铁站附近，StCatherine和Guy街交叉口有家厨具店，比较小，但东西很全。
从这里向西走四五个街口，还是StCatherine街上，在DuFort和Chomedey之间，有家日韩食品店，也有日韩式餐具。附近[阅读全文]
