星期天有openhouse,星期六一直在赶工。本来以为可以睡个懒觉，不到9点水管工就打电话来，说他们在等着装厕所。我还没买呢。因为他们每次上来都快中午，没想到这天准时。急忙起来到supplier处买马桶。supplier没有比较好的，然后到附近高级一点的店去。blackman的价钱比HD估计要贵上15%，没办法，时间就是一切，只好pickup,deliver到公寓。工人在等，电梯不给上，说，周末不能开[阅读全文]

项目接近尾声的时候最吃力。细节需要更多精力。
本来应该做的他们竟然不会，一天到晚敷衍。付了钱还要求爷爷告奶奶似的叫他们回
来完工。一气之下我自己找到解决办法。打个电话让他们给我credit,把问题解决
了。
想难倒我，没那么容易。

最近很忙，有点焦头烂额。
Project不能说不顺，但也不完全顺利，总有那么一点点意外，都被我解决掉。比预算多花了
些钱，没有办法的事-把墙打掉之后发现电线，要重新走线，为安全计，找持牌电
工，虽然和我有点交情，钱却照算。还好那部分以前谈价钱的时候没包括在内，因
为当时他们没打算改设计。现在跟他们收个成本，不赚钱就是了。

小project开工了。前一两天顺利异常，第三天情况有变。第四天电梯维修，什么也做不成，第5天联系好的containercompany不来，说垃圾太少，不清。临急联络另一个contractor,他的container因为没有地方park，来了却不能deliver.我把工人叫回去打framing,不然浪费工时，尽管不是我的钱，也要替别人省。看来不容易，清一个垃圾都头痛成这样，早知如此，就不建议朋友把墙打掉建walk-incloset了[阅读全文]
