昨天看了一个银行的monthlystatement，突然发现这个mortgage本应该和primerate一起波动的，实际上没有波动。一般是总数不变，但利息随着prime变，本金的payment也变。
因为这个是一年半前签的文件，当时primerate是6%，现在prime变4%了，银行还在charge6%！
