基础知识：认识各种粉

坛子里常常有人问“什么是低筋面粉？”“什么是高筋面粉”等等，今天特地把家里有的一些粉拍了照片，也做些简单的介绍。
首先
中筋面粉－－allpurposeflour一般包子、馒头、饺子、烙饼都是它。一般菜谱里不特别标注什么面粉的，都是这个。
高筋面粉－－breadflour用来做面包
