How to make a pizza from scratch? by Tianhui

(1).

All purpose flour            6 cups

Salt                               1 tsp

Sugar                            1/2 cup

 

(2).

Water                          1 cup

Milk                             1/2 cup

Eggs                             3 beaten

Yeast                           6 tsp

 

(3). Oil or melt butter     3/4 cup

 

Steps:

 

- Mix (1)

- Mix (2). Let stay for 10 minutes

- Mix (2) and (3) and pour mixture into (1), knead into dough

- Wait for dough to rise for 1 hour at room temperature.

- Roll the dough into pizza crusts

- Put crusts in greased baking pan and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees

- Spread tomato sauce thinly and evenly on the crusts

- Spread mezerolla cheese evenly on top

- Put pizzas in the preheated oven and bake 20 minutes

 

(Makes about 6 pizzas.)
