1.摧毁了“男怕入错行”的沉腐观念，教师曾是传统的清贫职业，但是现在的教师，仍可以立足本职工作，利用自己的优势（有学生及家长的资源，有科研，科普的能力），靠山吃山，找到挣钱的途径。其它行业的人，比如医生等，你们明白了吗？

这个HOA有多无赖

最近在FL买了一房。在closing申请HOA审批时，由于是在一家三口人的名下，HOA要每人一百元的申请费，即三百元。我们说，我们并不住那里，只是用来出租的，并且我们是加拿大居民。没办法邮了$300.十天后，现在HOA又说：外国人是每人$150,共需$450,且需30天的时间才能完成背景调查。现在，agentandseller(bank)比我还急，也没办法。且我得邮另外$150.他们比联邦政府还厉害呀。[阅读全文]

2013春晚主持人几次提“草根”一词。本人听了，稍加思考，有感而发。我相信这词一定是民间先产生。它指普通百姓有文艺天赋而出名的人。它一定是从“草民”一词演变而来。它如果是百姓间自嘲尔罢，但中央电视台主持人用来称呼百姓艺人就不妥了。虽然你现在出名了，但你依然是“草”，这已很难听了；又加了“根”字，就是说你从根上讲，依[阅读全文]
