north Atlanta

i recently visited North Atlanta and bought a townhose there for $42,000. it was built in 1999 and has 1400 square feet, can be rented for $950, also no HOA. i do not know how to post pictures. if anybody teach me, i will post some photos for you all.

one thing surprised me is that there are couple of huge Korean supermarkets and so many Korean people. anybody know why there are so many Koreans there?
