Ingredients: 1/2 pound of ground beef 2 tbsp. chilli garlic sauce 188; cup of oil 1 tbsp. ginger 1tbsp. cooking wine 6 stalks of celery
Directions: finely chop the ginger chop the celery, about 1/8 – 188; inch thick slices heat the oil, add the chill sauce and ginger, saute for 1 – 2 minutes over medium heat add the ground beef, turn the heat up to high, begin stir frying until bubbles form then turn down to medium heat, total cooking time for about 10 – 15 minutes add celery, stir fry 1 – 2 minutes, over high heat serve over noodles
