be nice to others

these days it seemed that i am having more tuff flights  than enjoyable flights.i started to think:why ?
i am a very responsible person and i like the job to be done as it supposed to .i got upset when i see lazy,irresponsible,careless people and started to lose patience.
there are a lot of young staff in the company,when i was at that age i might  have the simliar attitude towards my job.i will speak to them next time but in a better,nicer manner instead of showing my anger straight away.it affects their moral,and my aim is to have a good flight with happy passengers,and only happy crew makes happy passengers.
