condo corp 把楼梯修好了。tenant要我给他condo corp 联系方式，说是他的背因为fall伤了，他要make a complaint。所以我email了condo corp，然后把他放cc说他要condo corp 联系方式。
我翻了下老公8月和condo corp的email 记录，感觉我老公说话不严谨，不知道我们会不会有麻烦。感觉tenant就是take advantage of situation，他摔了说背疼，也没去医院。我目前的想法是condo corp 会处理他的摔伤。但是因为老公不严谨的email，我很担心我们会惹上麻烦。
大家有什么建议可以和我分享吗？

To be honest, I'm not sure want to answer you. I have no company available to do the work. Hopefully I find a company willing to do the work.

老公回复：thank you sir. I was just looking to get an update, I'm not stressed about this as the steps aren't in terrible condition. I will let the tenant know that you have been notified and the issue will be addressed on priority basis.
修改：把批评老公是猪队友的这句删了。大家批评的对，我心态不好。有点事儿抓瞎，瞎焦虑。不该说老公，一家人有啥问题一起解决。
