炒腰花,买的片好的腰子,自己画的方块,可惜没卷。爱吃薯条,所以就把土豆炸礁。腰片抓上生粉,生抽老抽,醋大量,糖大量,brandy酒大量,热油炸香蒜末,葱花,姜一二片,把腰片过油。8,9成熟,捞出,扔掉汤汁,洗干净锅,再热新油,下葱花,蒜末,再把土豆片,胡萝卜片过油8,9成熟时,放入腰片,再加老抽,生抽,醋,糖,蒜末炒熟,没有任何异味。
