2008 Our Christmas Dinner

It is December 25,2008, Christmas Day. Pace's husband joined us for the dinner and enhanced our Christmas atmosphere in the house.

As usual, husband bought roses, enhance the holiday atmosphere

This one is for our Ancestors

Christmas flower POINSCETTA。

Painted wood bowl from Mexico. Since there is an little JUSES on it ，so we took it out.

Use herbs, nuts and dried bread to make STUFFING。

Use Brandy to make CRAMBERRY SAUCE

Cocktail first, using orange juice add into Champainge

Three person's dinner table。

Since we only have three of us, so we use the chicken instead of turkey. Use half bottle of white wine to make it.

Roast potato has chicken taste.

CHEESE after dinner，Assorted CHEESE ，with PORTO WINE

After CHEESE, have PUDDING 。use Brandy to FLAMBE 。

After pudding, drink CONGAC XO 。

After dinner,  start to have HO HO HO
