一开始活动是仅仅限于快歌的，经过大家讨论研究，加入了慢三慢四爵士舞拉丁舞等元素，大大滴增加了大家的参与度，丰富了活动内容，两位美女合伙人功不可没！

活动期间她们更是全力以赴支持活动，拿出了各样看家本领，娅娅的民谣三步舞，蜀风的合唱等都极具特色，为二位大力鼓掌！

加拿大歌手Anne Murray 的这首经典，十分脍炙人口，歌曲的意境可以理解为人生在于不断追寻那个“我”，那个更加卓越的“我”！

人在在世容易被外面的事物所缠绕而活得纠结，真正的人生意义乃在于找到那个卓越的“我”！因为他是力量和快乐的源泉！
