Race, Color, Ancestry, Citizenship, National Origin, Religion, Creed, Veteran Status, Disability, Medical Condition, Genetic Characteristic, Age, Sex, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identify, Marital Status, Family Status, Prefnancy, Legally Protected Status.
对这些雷区我持敬而远之的态度。尤其在面试新员工时,千万不要询问与这些有关的话题。平时工作中,也要注意,不要犯规。
言语上犯规:
- Nagative comments about religious beliefs
- Racist slang, phrases or nicknames
- Remarks about skin color or other ethnic traits
- Offensive reference to mental or physical disability
- Derogator age-related comments
行为上犯规:
- Unnecessary or unwelcome touching
- Violations of the law
- Offensive gestures
非语言犯规:
- Offensive clothing
- Racist drawings or posters
- Hanging a noose
电信犯规:
- Offensive E-mail
- Offensive instant messages, texts
- Offensive software of other electronic files
- Inappropriate gestures
- Internet, fax, and other electronic media
- Riduculing participants on a zoom or teams call
- Defacing a team members profile picture
- Muting a participant
公司对管理人员有额外的要求:
- Manager must promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
- Never encourage employees to achieve business results at the expense of ethical conduct
- Never ignore complaints or reports of misconduct
- Never retaliate or ignore acts of retaliation against others
