If only everybody can put their differences aside and try to appreciate what other people contribute for you and for everybody's benefit, the world would be a much better place. One common thing unsuccessful people and/or people with bad social skills would do is to make up stories about other people's intention in their minds before they have any facts to back their stories up, and as a result, they'll always assume the worst case and intention for people they are dealing with most of the time and act accordingly. In return, they'll get what they deserve from their coworkers, their neighbors, and even their own family: the bad sides of people.

A winners' way should be: never jump to conclusions. Always try to think about other people's deeds objectively, and from all the most possible angles. If you can do that, I'm pretty sure there won't be so many bad people and bad stories in you minds. In return, you'll bring more positives to people around you and people around you will return the mutual positivity, which is essential to get things done in our society, no matter what you're doing and no matter what's your position.

Happy trading and happy dealing with people.
