Clay

yearns for delight,

wanders along the railway, 

no destiny in sight.

Countless miles,

till touched by a blue flame,

painting a shining white smile,

a joy of fame.

 

China

in the spotlight

of a ristorante, not a diner,

yet immersed in blight. 

From the trapped invisible clay,

countless sighs.

Numbed by the puffed soufflé, 

its yearning eventually dies.
