The number of pieces of information one can take at a time is seven plus or deduct two, which is 5-7.

 

There are basically three learning styles, Visual (look), Auditory (listen) and Kinesthetic ( feel) with 60% of population is V, 10% is A and 30% of K. There are certain people have V+K learning style.

 

In communications, Words only carry 7% of message, while tone takes 35% and body language 58%. For calls, words is 18% and tone is 82%. For Emails words is 30%, tone is 70%.

 

Everyone receives thousands of information every minutes, only 134 will be received. Then we filter, generalize, distort or delete the information.

 

There are usually five types of memories: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Tastes, Smells.
