There is two parts during the registration process.

I think you probably confused by them because you were just following the steps, and they designed  and mingled those parts togather seamlessly.

But in fact, the are two parts in the process.

The first part is you set up your RH's userName/pwd.

Then the second part: link your existing bank account to RH. During which, It's you, not RH,  logining into your BA account.
