家电维修或换新是个问题。尤其是当你的出租房的芳龄超过十年。网上传说有许多办
法来决定:修，还是换新。一个比较时尚的办法是 50% Rule:  "If an appliance
is more than 50% through its lifespan, and if the cost of one repair is
more than 50% of the cost of buying new, then you should replace rather
than repair."
