装饰房子对房屋销售价格的影响

装饰房子对价格也许不会有太大影响，但它绝对是房子卖得快的原因。刷房子，洗（换）地毯都是可能的，主要的目的是尽快把房子卖出去。

我卖我旧房子之前，花了将近2.5W，包括刷房子（里外），换瓦顶，庭院整理，Staging （2800刀一个月的租金，好在我的房子在一个月内卖掉啦）。没法证明我花的钱都能拿回来，但是所作的努力绝对是我的房子卖得快的原因。那都是真金白银的税后的钱啊，但时至如今，我感激agent的建议，更高兴我们接纳了她的意见。

LA的人大概都知道，有个房价不跌的城市，我们就在那里。我们的屋况并不差，这样价位的房子非常抢手。但我们做了那些“额外”的事情。

美国绝大部分地区现在还是买方市场，更要多做一些“额外”的事情。大师说的好，哪匹马不吃草就能跑？买主不会听忽悠就多掏钱的。

还有一句话，没有卖不出去的房子，只有卖不出去的房价。
