香椿上市,买些回来尝鲜。。。
香椿炒蛋 - 香椿摘嫩叶泡洗干净,放进滚水里烫约10秒,捞起沥干置碗里,上盖密封几分钟后就香气弥漫了。三个鸡蛋加盐打散,放进少许香椿拌均;两大匙油烧热,倒进蛋液煎置刚凝固即可。我比较喜欢蛋/香椿都嫩嫩的,吃起来较有新鲜感。

香椿酸辣羹 - 材料 :笋/木耳/芦笋/豆腐切丝,少许烫过飞水的香椿。高汤烧开,放进笋/木耳/豆腐煮几分钟,加适量黑醋/胡椒粉/盐调成适合自己口味的酸辣度,用太白粉水勾薄芡,放进芦笋/香椿拌均,加入少许香油拌均即可。

香椿焖笋 - 两大匙油烧热,放进虾米爆香,注入一饭碗高汤,放进笋/木耳,加糖/酱油。料酒/红油烧煮约0分钟,转旺火烧制汤汁收干,加入适量烫过飞水的香椿拌均即可。浓郁风味里带有香椿的清香气息,很开胃的菜式。
