原创:彻底改变孩子吃饭习惯的俩个观念

我们家老二快五岁了,因为种种原因,吃饭是个挑战,饿得不行的时候才吃,而且就喜欢牛奶和小点心。我刚开始用她希望长大的心理劝她:不好好吃饭只能够是baby,你不想一直是baby吧?这个方法,偶尔可行,但是绝大部分时间没有任何效果,我们吃饭她喝牛奶,看电视,或画画。

后来,我用俩观点彻底改变了她的想法,一到开饭时间,她可以轻松地关电视或者停下手里的活动,认真吃饭。因为她的汉语水平所限,我这俩个观点是用英文跟她说的(英文不好请多包涵:))):

为了让吃她要咀嚼的食物:
You know there is only one way to give your brain muscle some exercises? Now touch your temple and walk, any muscle moving? Now let us watch TV, any muscle moving? Let us drink some milk or water, do you feel any muscle moving?  Now put some food in your mouth and chew, do you feel it moving?  To give your brain some work out you need more solid food instead of just fluid as milk, orange juice, et al".

为了让她吃各种各样的食物:
"If you only eat one kind of food it is like you paint  with only one color. To make your painting beautiful you use all kinds of
color; to make your body healthy and beautiful you need different kinds of food, food of different colors, white as rice, red as meat, white as fish, red as carrots, white and yellow as egg, white as milk, orange as orange, green as vegetable, et al".

 从这以后每次她不很配合就把这俩句话,再说一说,95%都会生效!说100%有效是撒谎,她很不开心时候,就要先调整她的心情,然后再提醒她这俩个观念:))
