简评名曲“Promises Don\'t Come Easy”

像听到河流悄悄漫过一片青草地，海水静静抹过一方沙滩。歌曲在Caron Nightingale醇厚的音质里缓缓展开，给人一种如沐春风，又仿佛走在溶溶月光里的一种静谧柔和之美。 “Then I woke up one day and found you on your way”这一句唱得如同回风舞雪，行云飞扬，流水徘徊。歌声由平缓渐变为婉转悠扬，象风中盘旋的落叶，又如湖面上下翻飞的紫燕，给人一种大河九曲回肠，鲲鹏扶摇直上的跌宕起伏之美。声线在回旋反复之后，瞬间爆发，象瀑布从峰顶突然坠落，猛烈地拍打岩石，激起千堆雪，酣畅淋漓。又像鹰隼俯冲而下，一举击杀猎物，尽显无穷的张力。自此之后，歌声如千百条溪流汇聚成了一条大河，真情浩荡，挥洒自如，汪洋恣肆。起初的伤感已被彻底淹没。

今天第一次听“Promises Don't Come Easy”这首名曲，非常喜欢。歌词和节奏都不错，但个人认为这首名曲最大的亮点在于Caron Nightingale几近完美歌喉。她的音质醇厚，中音饱满。不是那种甜的发腻的音色，也不是沧桑的嘶哑的音质。做个不恰当的比喻，她的音质不是玻璃那么光滑，也不是岩石那么粗糙，而是象海滩白净的细沙一样有质感。
