Benign tumor of the liver (bleeding)

Migraie with aura (increase stroke)

Progestin/estrogen contraindication:

pregnancy

Acibe hepatitis

THrombogenic mutation( Facor V  Leiden, Protein C, Protein S, anti-thrombin deficiency)

Coronary heart disease

Hx of stroke

Valvular heart diseasem hx of endocarditis, or A-fib

systolic Bp > 160

Hx of DVT or PE

Liver benign tumor

DM with Nephropathy or retinopathy

Benefit of oral contraceptives: decrease risk of ovarian and endometrial cancer
