大侠们帮忙看看 我要不要换这个自住房？
这两年一直在找自住房 现在是找得有点烦了 老公都不想去看了 因为看了我也不买或者被高价/cash抢走
现在看中一房，seller接受我们的offer了，房子大一丁点多一间房，location大环境优于现在的，小环境不一定，看起来格局和风水没现在的好LOL
房价可能比市场价低了10%，但是要修一下

大环境：学区，公园
小环境：房子在社区的位置，格局，离公园的距离
