Is Financials ready to move

One underperformed sector with government on their back for quite a bit. Recent penalty pay out might put that behind them. Personally I wish government just let them all BK back in 2008 which would make this recovery a lot easier.

However, after a previous uptrend and recent consolidating and basing. 2nd leg up might be on the way. But these big banks may already become utilities. And it is very difficult to figure out what are on their balance sheet.

But giving that people not really talking about them all the time, no one seems to own any on TZLC and DQ, this sector might suprise people in next few months.
