EEM vs IWM

Emerging market performed much better in 2014 than US small cap stocks. Earlier this yr, nobody likes emerging market. Mexico, Brazil, and other were all tanked. Small cap made new high and everybody piled in. However since, things changed a lot. Small cap becomes worst performer in first half of 2014.

At this point, EEM reaches resistance, Russell reaches support. And people fear about Russell right now. 60%+ stocks in Russell are in bear market. So... we could see changes coming. 

But keep in mind that "Sell in May" could still be in play right now.
