日本政府把全世界都狠狠地涮了一把！

4月22日，中国环球网就日本首相投书的一些疑问的采访了日本驻华使馆新闻官西先生（链接在此），日本驻华使馆新闻官西先生澄清说：部分中国媒体把菅直人首相在美国媒体上的用辞“regret”翻译成“道歉”是不准确的，日本方面对福岛核事故的态度对全世界任何国家都一样，不存在什么“道歉”，只是表示“遗憾”。

现在引发争议的日本首相投书中这句原文的翻译和解读：“I take very seriously, and deeply regret, the nuclear accidents we have had at the Fukushima Daiichi plant. Bringing the situation under control at the earliest possible date is my top priority. ”

日本政府毫无诚意，大耍暧昧模糊的文字游戏！

日本首相给中国的投书中是这样表述的：

“关于福岛第一核电站，发生了按国际原子能事故评级被评为最严重的事故，我对此感到非常遗憾，并高度重视。”

4月15日日本首相菅直人向美国的三大媒体投书后，美国的多家媒体将其解读为：日本首相为此表示了道歉。

其中，美国的华盛顿邮报在4月16日就曾发表了一篇题为：“当海水中放射性物质上升时，日本首相为此次核危机而道歉。”的文章。
