In life, I am actually slim because basically I am a vegetarian. It's nothing to do with any religion, but purely for health and beauty purposes. There are a few books had hugh influence on my diet. Following those books, I eat whatever I like (as long as it's proper food) and don't need to worry about getting weight but still can be very healthy.
