【方圆贷款利率—CA、MD、VA、TX、FL】01月15日星期四

方圆贷款今日房贷利率(CA、FL、MD、TX、VA)
SUMMARY:今天(1月15日星期四)的房贷利率价格受欧洲影响,和昨天相比继续变好!目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定维持在3.5%,15 年固定降至2.75%,5/1 ARM仍为2.625%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.5%,15年固定仍为2.75%,5/1 ARM仍为2.5%。

注:除非特别说明,以下列出的利率都是基于本帖底部的贷款参数,并且是带impound account的利率。
