SUMMARY:今天(9月26日星期三)开盘时的房贷二级市场Fannie Mae 3.0债券的价格飙涨10 ticks至$106 2/32(要知道两个星期前其价格还在$103左右徘徊)!二级市场债券的价格越高,其年回报率(即yield)就越低,和其挂钩的30年房贷的利率就越低。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率30年固定仍维持在历史新低3.25%,15 年固定降为2.625%。5/1 ARM仍为2.75%!购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.25%,15年固定降为2.5%,5/1 ARM仍为2.5%。 | ||||||
