【今日房贷利率】11月2日(星期三)- 利率回涨!

今日房贷利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:今天(11月2日星期三)的利率回涨,41万7以下重新贷款30年固定的利率又涨回到4%了!目前重新贷款41万7以下30年固定略涨为4%,15 年固定略涨为3.375%,5/1 ARM仍保持在2.75%。购房贷款41万7以下,30年固定利率仍为3.875%,15年固定仍为3.25%,5/1 ARM为2.5%。

在当前短期内利率上下波动的大环境下,建议想等低利率重新贷款的网友们,不要等到
利率降低的那一天才开始递交申请。现在利率上升,其实正是递交申请的好时机。因为
从递交申请到能锁定利率,还有很多准备工作要做,如order preliminary title
report,准备相关证明文件等,而递交申请又不用付任何费用,只要你和你的mortgage
broker说好,先不要order appraisal,你就不会有任何的out-of-pocket 的费用。在
当前整个房贷产业链都十分繁忙的时候,各个环节的处理速度都会受到业务量上升的影
响而减慢。这种时候更应赶早不赶晚,先将贷款申请准备完整并在lender那里注册,这
样就可以早一点开始排队等待underwriting。与此同时你已准备好,只等利率一回落,
就可以出手锁定利率了。

For Refinance, rates are based on No Point No Fee. So APR for Refinance = Refinance Rate.
