【今日房贷利率】11月1日(星期二)- 固定利率降了!

今日房贷利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:今天(11月1日星期二)的利率价格继续好转,41万7以下重新贷款30年固定的利率又回到3.875%了!目前重新贷款41万7以下30年固定降为3.875%,15 年固定降为3.25%,5/1 ARM继昨天降为2.75%后保持不变。购房贷款41万7以下,30年固定利率仍为3.875%,15年固定仍为3.25%,5/1 ARM为2.5%。

今天希腊政府出人意料地宣布要对债务解决方案进行全民公决,引发市场对上星期欧盟各国领导人刚达成的欧债一揽子解决方案的担心,直接导致世界各地的股市大跌,美债的回报率下降。这对美国的房贷利率而言却是好消息。但估计希腊的老百姓是不会同意割肉还债(即通过提高税收、削减福利及工资等措施来偿还西方的债务)的,欧债危机看来还要进一步的发展!
