今日房贷利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:今天(9月26日星期一)的利率和上星期五相比继续回涨!重新贷款41万7以下30年固定回涨至4.000%,15年固定仍为3.25%,5/1 ARM维持在2.75%。购房贷款41万7以下,30年固定利率回涨至3.875%,15年固定仍为3.25%,5/1 ARM仍为2.5%。
