【今日房贷利率】8月10日(星期三)- 固定利率下跌!

CA、MD、VA今日房贷利率发布

短评:受昨天联储会声明之后引起的10-yr yield大幅下滑的影响,今天(8月10日星期三)开盘的利率和昨天开盘是相比固定利率下跌!重新贷款41万7以下30年固定降为4.25%,15年固定降为 3.5%,5/1 ARM仍为2.875%。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率为4.25%,15年固定降为3.375%,5/1 ARM为2.625%。

For Refinance, rates are based on No Point No Fee. So APR for Refinance = Refinance Rate.
