【今日房贷利率】4月27日(星期三)

短评:今天(4月27日星期三)和昨天收盘时相比持平。购房贷款,41万7以下30年固定在昨天终于打破维持了一个多月的4.75%,降为4.625%!15年固定仍为3.875%,5/1 ARM仍维持在的2.625%。
